Verse 13. With my lips I declare all the ordinances of your mouth.[71] God’s demands come out of God’s mouth and want to come upon my lips. Often it is easy to bear God’s word in the heart, but how difficult is it sometimes to make it pass the lips! What is meant here is not empty lip service but the voicing of that which fills the heart.
